Combinal 3% Premium Developer is hydrogen peroxyde in gel-form and is it designed to use in combination with Combinal eyelash and eyebrow tints. The innovative gel formula has an improved oxidation compared to liquid forms of hydrogen peroxydes and is very easy to mix. It achieves full oxydation shortly after mixing with Combinal eyelash and eyebrow tints.
