Refectocil’s 3% liquid oxidizer mixes easily with the eyelash and eyebrow tint to form a creamy paste that is easy to apply. It is a stabilized oxidizer for eyelash and eyebrow coloring. It can be used on the eye area without hesitation and, in combination with the selected shade, ensures a brilliant coloring result. The bottle is sufficient for about 200 applications.
